Working as a Coach with a background in Psychology, I offer a unique approach, drawing on over 6 years of academic qualifications, Mindfulness Teacher Training, plus over 2 decades of personal growth and development.
I work with clients who are;

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
We will work together to enable you to live your life to the fullest, where you feel happy, content, free and energetic.
We begin with an orientation session, then one session once a week or fortnight, with optional ‘on-call’ mini-coaching sessions in-between. If you are going through a period of transition and growth, then these shorter sessions can be an invaluable way to help you stay on track, gain perspective, and tap into your strengths and resources. Following our sessions you have the option to stay connected in various ways.
Some people might want to work on their work/life balance, relationship struggles, various life transitions, and some people don't have a particular difficulty, and would just like to get in touch with what is important to them in life, or maybe want to learn how to find more joy in their life.
What exactly is coaching? I just call it a conversation. A powerful, real, authentic, conversation designed to make life changes and get you living your best life.
