Coaching is all about helping you to reach your goals – professional and personal.

But many coaches fall into what I call the ‘Guru Trap’, focusing too much on regurgitated concepts and motivation that might add benefit in the short term, but makes very little long-term difference.

I take a more scientific, psychological approach from six years of academic studying, mindfulness training and two decades of my own personal growth and development.

Your coach must understand your mind, your brain, your body, and your emotions – and how you ‘work’ on a spiritual level, as this is the ‘being’ part of ‘human being’.

It’s a science-based approach, looking at the way you function from a neuroscientific standpoint – in fact, the very make-up of a human being.

Not everyone is comfortable working face-to-face, so I offer online coaching sessions. Coaching is a powerful and authentic ‘conversation’ so the words are more important than the face time.
