The eight sessions are held over Zoom, but within a supportive, synergic environment so we can ensure you get the absolute maximum from every week.

Alongside Chris Finn, you’ll work through different themes each week in virtual breakout rooms, interacting and exploring what you’ll learn from elements of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
